Our Products

How are the gift boxes put together

Our curated gift selections are set within our signature white Gift Boxes which are strong and long-lasting. All items are securely packed in shred filler. Each Gift Box also comes with a Gift Card where you can add a personalised message on checkout and a summary of the products contained within.  A unique Box Band inspired by the flowers of the Four Seasons completes the outside of the Gift Boxes. These box bands draw inspiration from Chinese art and culture and specifically from the ancient tradition of the Four Gentlemen (the Four Noble Ones) as illustrated in ink and wash paintings of the unfolding seasons through the year. Spring is represented by the Orchid, Summer by the Lotus, Autumn by the Chrysanthemum and Winter by the Peach Blossom.  All Gift Boxes are shipped out in custom fit mailing cartons for extra protection.

Is it possible to customise the contents of a gift box

We offer pre-curated gift boxes for sale to our retail customers.  We are looking at introducing customisation options in the future, but at present, this is only available for our corporate and wedding customers. 

Do you offer gift boxes for corporate customers

Yes we do.  We can curate gifts for holidays, events, sales incentives and corporate outreach, which are reflective of your company and brand.  We can work closely with you to create a custom gift that suits your business or event.  Please note that for corporate gifting, we have a minimum of 20 boxes per order.  Please get in touch with us at seasons@seasonsgiftco.com to discuss your needs.

Can you customise gift boxes for weddings

Yes, we can work with you to create a stunning wedding welcome gift which represents your big event.  Please get in touch with us at seasons@seasonsgiftco.com to discuss your needs.

What happens if a product is unavailable after I place my order

Whilst we made every effort to ensure that the products you ordered within a Gift Box are available, certain products may be temporarily unavailable due to seasonality and market supply.  In the event that a product(s) is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute items using products that are of equal or greater value and similar quality in order to fulfil the delivery requirement of the Gift Box order.

I have a food / skin allergy.  Do your products cater to me

Seasons Gift Co does not create any of the food products nor any of the skin, bath or beauty products sold online. Food, skin, bath and beauty products provided in our Gift Boxes are produced and packaged by third-party companies, and are generally labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. Any non-labelled products always have a risk of possible allergen contamination. You are encouraged to read the labels before consuming. Seasons Gift Co shall not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed nor for adverse reactions to skin, bath or beauty products, including labelled and non-labelled products. 

I have a product which would be a perfect addition to your gift boxes.  How do i get in touch

We are constantly looking for opportunities to partner with other brands to showcase products in our Gift Boxes. We source gifts from a variety of categories including gourmet foods, beauty products and toiletries, small scale homewares, toys and games, books and stationery and wines and spirits.  In particular, we look for products that have an artisanal quality and are beautifully packaged.  As a home grown business, it is one of our key objectives to support and promote products which are handmade in Hong Kong.  If you are interested in having your products included in our boxes, we would love to hear from you.  Please send us  further information, including a product catalogue (if available), a wholesale price list and terms (i.e. minimum order quantity) to seasons@seasonsgiftco.com.  We look forward to collaborating with your brand.

Ordering & Payment

How do I know if you have received my order and can i track the progress of my order

After completing your purchase,  you will receive an order confirmation.  Once your order ships,  you will receive tracking details of your shipment by email. If you have placed an order online and have not received an email, please contact us at support@seasonsgiftco.com.

What payment methods do you accept

Our secure payment processing gateway accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as Apple Pay.

What currency does Seasons Gift Co Use

All of the prices displayed on our website are in Hong Kong dollars.

What security do you offer on your payment gateway

The Website is hosted on the Shopify Platform, an e-commerce service offering an integrated and secure payment processing gateway trusted by more than one million businesses worldwide. The Platform offers a secure shopping cart with a variety of payment options. The shopping cart is Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure, so you can shop with extra peace of mind.

My order is a gift. Can you make sure not to include a receipt with the delivery

Yes of course. We only include a hard copy receipt by request.

Can I send Gift Boxes to multiple addresses in a single order

Not at this stage, however we are working on adding this feature.  Should you require shipping to multiple addresses, please complete separate transactions for each order.  If you are ordering more than 5 Gift Boxes,  we would be happy to create a custom order for you and to arrange shipping to multiple addresses.  Please reach out to us at support@seasonsgiftco.com.

Shipping 

Where do you ship

At this stage, we deliver only within the Hong Kong SAR.  We are working hard to allow shipping internationally in the near future.

How does shipping work

Our gift boxes are shipped within Hong Kong mainly using SF Express.  We offer free shipping to most areas in metro Hong Kong.  Please note that certain limited areas in Hong Kong are more difficult to access and therefore our couriers charge significantly higher shipping costs (i.e. to Outlying Islands , the Closed Area and other Remote Locations).  We reserve the right to add a surcharge for delivery to such areas and will contact you after your order is placed if required.  We may ship Gift Boxes using another carrier with or without notice.

When will my order be shipped

Gift Boxes typically ship out within 1-3 business days.  For larger orders,  shipping timelines will vary.

When will my order arrive

Please allow between 1-3 business days after order confirmation.  This is an estimate, and SF Express does not guarantee delivery dates.  If you need a gift box to arrive on a specific date,  please get in touch with us at support@seasonsgiftco.com and we will do our best to accommodate this.   We require at least 2 weeks advance notice to deliver on a specific date.  Please note that Seasons Gift Co shall not be held liable for shipping delays nor for loss of any kind as a result of unforeseen circumstances which include: recipients who are not available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address; recipients who cannot be reached due to an invalid shipping address and/or contact telephone number; inclement weather conditions and the like.  Should a delay occur, we will do our best to notify you and, where possible, arrange for alternative  delivery/collection arrangements.

What happens if a delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect shipping address or contact information

If a Gift box cannot be delivered as a result of the recipient’s lack of availability or due to inaccurate delivery information, the purchaser will be required to meet any and all additional delivery charges.

What happens if delivery cannot be made due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances

We will attempt to deliver your purchases as soon as possible after the inclement event has concluded.

Order Modification / Cancellation

I made a mistake with my order or the shipping address.  How can this be resolved

Please try to ensure that the details of your order, including the shipping information provided to us is correct and accurate. If you have provided incorrect information, please contact us at support@seasonsgiftco.com as soon as possible so we can do our best to rectify the situation.  Please note that we may be required to charge for additional shipping if your Gift Box is already out for delivery.

I need to cancel my order.  How do i do this

If for some reason you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@seasonsgiftco.com providing your order number and we will arrange to stop processing the order and arrange for a refund to the credit card from which the original payment was made. Please note that we will not be able to accept cancellations if your Gift Box is already out for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges

We put a lot of time and attention to detail into assembling our Gift Boxes.  All sales are therefore considered as final and generally we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.  We take pride in making sure that all gifts arrive in the best possible condition.  However, if there is damage to your Gift Box or its contents,  please let us know immediately at support@seasonsgiftco.com and we will put it right.

My gift box arrived damaged.  How can this be resolved

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please get in touch with us at support@seasonsgiftco.com and we will put it right. If 7 days have gone by since a Gift Box was delivered, we will be unable to offer a replacement for damaged items.

Who designed your branding

Our Brand was developed by the very talented Yolka Juzyk (aka yokaona ) based in Spain, through 99designs. Yolka is an Architect by training who fell in love with graphic design and fine arts / illustration. Yolka successfully translated our Brand vision into something truly representative of the seasons. 

Two Golden Pheasants are used as the primary symbol in our Logo. The Golden Pheasant is a native bird of China where it is revered for its beauty and it is thought of as a solar animal. In Chinese culture, the Golden Pheasant is a sign of good luck and prosperity. Its use in our Logo conveys seasonality, authenticity, uniqueness and sophistication, which is what we aspire to bring to bear with each of our seasonally inspired gift boxes. The Primary Logo is supplemented by a Monogram and Badge.
